KP Media buys minority stake in ITC Publishing

In a joint announcement last week, KP Media (KPME: N/R) and ITC Publishing announced that KP Media would purchase a minority stake ITC Publishing. According to the release, the companies expect the deal to facilitate joint Internet and magazine projects. ITC is a leading publisher in the IT and computer media arena in Ukraine.
