Landkom sells 30 ths mt of corn at USD 220 per mt

Landkom International (LSE: LKI ), a Ukrainian producer of agricultural commodities, sold 30 ths mt of its 2011 corn crop under a forward contract with an expected net price of USD 220 per mt, according to a press release yesterday. Yegor Samusenko: This adds USD 6.6 mln to the company’s top line. We note the delivery terms of the contract specify November and December, which means the company is likely to recognize this revenue in the next financial year, which will start November 1.
