S&P Upgrades Kyiv

S&P announced that it had raised Ukraine’s capital Long-Term Rating from B To B+, due to an improved economic policy environment, strong growth potential, and economic reform. Yesterday, S&P improved Ukraine?s sovereign long-term credit rating from B+ to BB-, with a stable outlook.
