State Property Fund Sells 27.62% of Kharkiv Tractor

The State Property Fund sold the last state-owned stake in Kharkiv Tractor (HTZD: N/R), 27.62%, for UAH 14.32 mln (USD 2.84 mln) on the Ukrainian International Stock Exchange on Friday. The shares were sold at USD 0.58 per share, a substantial discount to the market price (ask USD 0.58; bid USD 3.17).
