21 October 2011

Ukraine slid three spots in the World Bank’s 2012 Doing Business Ranking to #152 of 183 economies studied, according to results announced yesterday, putting it further behind fellow CIS countries Belarus (#69, +22 spots) and Russia (#120, +4 spots). Doing Business was first published in 2003 to provide an objective measure of business regulations and enforcement. More details are available at www.doingbusiness.org.
